1. If the headset won’t charge?

The earbuds have cellophane to isolate the power supply to avoid draining the charging case. When using the earbuds for the first time, the cellophane needs to be torn off before it can be charged properly.

2. If the earbuds don’t work?

1)when the GT1 earbuds are on, press both for 5 seconds to turn them off;

2)Release, then press again until the LED lights on both earphones flash, put the earbuds into the charging case;

3)Open the charging case take the earbuds out EKSA GT1 will automatically start pairing mode.

3. What is the difference between game mode and music mode?
